On December 5, GRIT Community Run returns to Bergen as The GRIT Gauntlet — a run built for people who train, not just people who run.
It's a route through the city broken up by combat-conditioning checkpoints: pad work, bag work, bodyweight circuits, staffed by GRIT athletes and coaches. No times posted, no leaderboard. You move at your pace, you work at every stop, and you finish together.
The route ends back at the gym — food, sauna, a cold plunge, and the rest of the community waiting at the finish. Bring training partners. Bring people who've never sparred a day in their life. Everyone finishes the same way: spent, and glad they showed up.
Show up. Put in the work.
